Thanks I’m interested! I usually stop eating at 8 - 9 pm and only eat next day at 2-3 pm! I feel super good and energetic wen I don’t eat! Food makes me feel bad. I drink coffee at morning though with milk and sugar (lol so it’s cheating) but then I love eating avocado fruits fish eggs - smol live of bread that’s it ! Fasting is easy actually because wen u stoop eating every 2 hours u don’t even feel hunger anymore
Thanks fren, I am really interested in this.. But I know I can't😂 I am a type of person who eats whatever and whenever and wherever I get😂and maybe that's why I am always sleepy😴 although I am not much fat, I love eating. I used to fast but from last 2 years I don't remember I have had a fast. Maybe soon👀 Gotta take diet plan from you.
Always being super curious about this! But I never understood how it works. What I do is I eat only when body requires it, but my diet is pretty much meat based and lots of raw veggies. I don't digest cooked vegetables (very few) . Also pasta is something I don't digest if I eat every day. Paleo diet is the closest to what I do. But I source the meat from hunting or very small sheperds. Don't buy from supermarket.
