Actually whenever i got sick, my grandfather told me to exercise and be active and eat more and not feel sick, try to ignore it😅😅 i know that this is not scientific and they were not literate but old gen know better👀👀
Sauna and rest. Take a break from the workouts. It may vary from one to another tho. Get weel soon Bro
