I’ve started using Notion’s. It’s impressive but you have to give it pretty close guidance imho. Not sure I’d be trusting it with much.

I think it's quite versatile for jotting down ideas collaboratively with a decent look and feel. Have used other similar tools in the past and am currently happy with the features it has while knowing its limitations too.
