- 1\. Tough to choose just one. My skin is mega dry and pretty sensitive, exacerbated by London's hard water, which is very acidic. So, I choose 2 GOATs:
– PKY essence toner is super super underrated, and amazing for anyone with dry/sensitive skin. (Can't speak to what someone with oily skin would experience.) It's a toner, but it's still super hydrating, and also mitigates some of the London water acidity issues by actually balancing pH. Really need a water filter on the tap. The toner consistency is the perfect silky precursor for all of my other products to come, and the difference when I don't use it in favor of other products is very noticeable. E.g. I tried Anua's heartleaf toner recently, and it was AWFUL. So I've given up on trying other things. (I was looking for even more hydration.)
– Cosrx snail mucin never leaves my rotation. It has helped with my inflammation and rosacea, hydrates, and evened out my skin tone around my nose and capillaries.
I need to incorporate a new exfoliator though!
2\. LOVE Cosrx mucin eye cream. Vvv hydrating and really mitigates dark circles. I'm about to try Beauty of Joseon's Ginseng and Retinol eye cream to compare.
3\. I stock up on multipacks when I'm in the US, which makes it wayyy more affordable. (Supergoop pump is even better value too.)
