This is neither good nor bad. I just notice the difference, that from the creative sphere my brain switches to the decision-making sphere. If I am to use AI as a creative tool, I have to be aware that I first have to provide AI with the result of my creativity and only then refine it with AI, not the other way around. Otherwise, my brain may lose its creative abilities, like a muscle that atrophies when we don't train it.
