Has anyone tried the joinfire chrome extension?

Seems like a very useful tool to help safely sign transactions.

- I used it for quite a while, but eventually switched to Pocket Universe.
The two are very similar, and work equally well in my experience. Pocket Universe's UX is a bit more refined than Fire's, which was the deciding factor for me.
One caveat for both, however. Each of them have rather vague privacy policies, especially regarding IP logging (courtesy of a Lens user who pointed this out).
So, for those who are extra concerned about privacy and anonymity, make sure you run through both policies before deciding to use.
Otherwise, both are super helpful, for sure!
- Yeah I was in the beta. Great way to educate folks on what permissions they are allowing. Unfortunately it only works on Ethereum and Polygon
- Yeah love this extension haha - it already saved @chaoticmonk.lens life at least once!
- I use it all the time it's dope!
- Very useful tool yeah. There are contracts which are hard to be inspected even from an experienced people.
- like it a lot. Pocket Universe is similar and it probably depends on personal taste which extension to use.
though, don't use both at the same time. that's kind of messy.
- I used it for a while but now switched to Pocket Universe, which I find is even better.
- i am using it for 3 months already, even did a post about it. Very useful tool
- Pretty interesting haven’t tried yet
- Why use that? You can sign with your ledger
- joinfire #lens
- You're right. Fire is really a cool extension for web3 experience. If you don't know what you're signing with your Metamask then Fire extension is a must. It shows you exactly what you sign and what will be the consequence.
- It should be native feature on all wallet already, and it probably will soon
- Been using fire from last several months!
Best way to avoid scam transections!!
- @christina.lens yes, I’ve been using the extension since day 1. If you’re a Degen and always trying to use new dapps and protocols it’s helpful to avoid scammers or wallet drainners by simulating the transaction with fire. I actually use 3 extensions, none of them cover all the chains I use on a daily bases.
