running for a reason is great, thanks for sharing 🙏 (I hate running but it’s super easy and very time efficient. My approach is similar to the 10 min video, I am ok with running 30 minutes -> I set a timer to 15 minutes start running and turn as soon as the alarm rings :-). That’s my strategy for now, maybe I find something better in #lensfit :-))
