I’m curious how do you prioritise what you work on? And how much time you spend on a task / goal / milestone?

- Sometimes I worry there is no process to my madness 🤣but lately, I feel I have been doing better, and the team is helping me there too.
As we have a clear mission to continue defining the pillars, the MVP, and the overall strategy, it has been easier to break things into phases and tasks.
For example, we decided to call this season (June-Dec’23) #BuildingProudly🌈 and are breaking different tasks in all aspects (tech, community, etc.) I lean toward the community, events, and marketing aspects because of my experiences and interest, but I also want to get my hands dirty with the code and stuff.
One of my objectives is to learn how to communicate what I see in my brain better and delegate and concentrate on what I want to be doing without forgetting my drag career and the whole other side of saltï.
- everything must be done now!!
- I spend 8 hours a day at work
