Aren't there already protocos that use DAGs as the underlying data structure? Maybe Aleph Zero? I guess here we mean a DAG that is more complex than a directed path (aka a Blockchain) 🐈
May be the DAG helps to remove MEV problem from the blockchain. Sequencers and miners have power to just verify rather than deciding specific or reordering of transaction that they want to verify
