Polkadot interestingly got lot of things right from tech perspective. I do think some kind of smaller PoS networks that could use i.e. Ethereum's L1 could be a solution. Something similar could be achieved with L2s if there is less of a need to submit the state that often to L1
While Polkadot's concept is ingenious, I still have trouble understanding why limit to just 100 parachains. Even with bidding, wouldn't that create a bottleneck eventually if it needs to scale further?
