- I tend to disagree here. imho, keys are not demonstrations of identity. they are abstract, invisible tools that sign transactions, log me in,...
identity is what I do, what I enjoy and dislike, my relationships, my behaviour,... online and on-chain, these aspects usually require clicking an update button or signing with my wallet.
on a very abstract level you might be right. but I think, identity has aspects that are more than 0s and 1s. those can't tell me or anyone else if I like music or not, jazz and/or death metal,....
