It is counted on your Lens Activity the better it is the bigger chances of getting there
right now its a combination of holders of the MadFi creator badge which we've been airdropping to users who have made a bounty, had a bid accepted or attended a ClubSpace and users on the leaderboard. Right now that's the top 250 most followed accounts ranked by an engagement score but will soon be expanded to include more profiles
