How it is any different than the bitcoin transactions. They can also appeal to delete those transactions as they can be somehow linked to the individuals.

The difference is in the data. Bitcoin transactions are financial and pseudonymous, while Lens involves explicit personal data, such as photos or posts that can lead to identifying a person. That’s where it gets problematic when it comes to privacy laws. Once posted on Lens, you can’t delete it, which also means you don’t own it.
