Is it just me or would football be alot better if went back to just being local players playing for their team? Like only players born in Liverpool playing

..What isn't?! 🥲 imo Club football is more like a fantasy, where you can bring to life certain scenarios which aren't possible at the national level - "what if this player played with this" which makes it fun, but perhaps one (players included) doesn't feel as invested into them as much as national games.
