Well, as far as I know, the AI tools that are available are still General intelligence-based AI! So they are as good as the commands you give them! They are far from Super Intelligence capabilities which means they cannot think on their own! Yes, a normal person can give prompts and AI can create millions of outputs but I doubt that those millions of outputs will broadly be considered art. And it is easier to create millions of outputs but it is much harder to create one great output with the help of AI. not to mention many artists use AI along with many other tools available to create art; to create their unique style which collectively makes them apart from just normal people creating 'millions' of outputs!! and some of them are just too good with their prompts that they can use AI to create that 'one' output among millions which really, in a broad sense, be called art!! You raised a great point but in your example, a commissioner interacting with a creature (Human) that can think and feel on its own! We don't have such AI yet until then they are merely a tool; a tool that can give you fast results!
