When it comes to NFTs on Lens, what features would you like to see from a Lens-oriented NFT marketplace and community?
Comments
- imo lens collects and NFTs in general have room for improvement when it comes to meta data, describing attributes, supporting discoverability and curation.
-> best in class NFT metadata for lens collects would be an amazing goal to attract more artists minting on #lens. (having community (distribution) and POS (mint) in one place is imho an awesome value proposition.)

- hm, @punkess.lens mentioned it all basically.
metadata has to be better. I don't know how much of it depends on the client or if the protocol is very strict. anyway, an NFT with the description "post by @ username" doesn't go very far. it looks cheap, not like a "real" NFT,...
I've mentioned it several times already. actually, that's what prevents me from shilling out double or triple digits of WMATIC on an NFT here. I mean, I'm not into selling an NFT, I buy what I like. but in case I want to, NFTs with this description have no trading value. it's as simple as this.
also marketplaces like OpenSea don't recognize all Lens NFTs. don't know on what this depends.
- the future is bright
