Thanks, this is some great insights. 🙌 I once read about a concept called chaining habits from Atomic Habits, where one can chain hard to do habit with easy one, I think I will start exercise for 15 mins (don't judge as this is better than 0 😅) and see the changes on my overall work output and mood for the day.
