I assume you’re referring to collecting on orb? That had nothing to do with anything(to my knowledge). Lens is not just orb. Many applications allow you to collect post in bonsai. If not all apps now. The bonsai team looked your reputation, did you collect post in bonsai (anywhere before the snapshot) and if you got the first airdrop did you sell that.
