No way! The policy was controlled by one entity that was making shady dealings in the background. I wouldn’t call it decentralized at all.

I mean before the DegenBox, it worked as intended. TFL did have quite alot of say in it, but yeah. Post DegenBox, it became too inorganic and unsustainable. Instead of organic growth and iteration, they focussed on becoming "too big to fail" and then the death spiral.
