Hah of course! Yyyyeah I do take quite a few notes (3 years of notebooks now) but only for the setup! I like the challenge of figuring out the details for the roast and the brew. There are a ton of variables. But once I've figured it out most days I'm just super sloppy and carefree about coffee. I like keeping it fun and silly just as much as you see the scientific side, it's all about balance 🤓🙃
