What does it mean in Lenster when a post with an image is stuck indexing?

guess it's too big But I've seen this duck many times so it's on chain alrdy, all fine
I'm no dev, so I can only speak from my experience as a user. sometimes Lens (or the communication from Lenster to Lens) is stuck. occasionally, this happens with collects as well. then posts are either not collected or 2x collected when I think the collect didn't work. admittedly, I never had the problem that one of my posts didn't update. sometimes it takes quite some time but as far as I remember all posts updated. @yoginth.lens do you have an explanation?
