as Lens grow and people have haters or just simply people who dont share the same opinions, then they might get reported massively by bots from their hater

Lens will evolve and spam filters will adapt. Note: app are able to choose to use or not use spam filter. Some app also mask spam by default but permit you to see these posts / replies if you want. We can imagine that if a reply get a certain number of like from people with good lens scores their will exist spam section.
