Whatever makes you happy @stani.lens! Too much diary = 🥴 for me. I’ve found that lactose intolerance is a real thing for me so I choose my diary 🐄 more wisely in my 30s. Now I prefer 🍦 and 🧀 > than just 🥛 with cereal 🥣 or for as a primary source of my protein intake.
