FWIW i price my art based on a “can-do” metric. if anyone can easily go to a location and (try to) recreate my image then, to me, it should be worth less

I actually love this approach - didn’t consider it before, but I might now - it seems really wise to me, and somehow it can be a justification for those who question your price (though no one should lol)🌹
