down badly … hard to find sth positive. It’s super late and the progress so far is laughable. Following discussions in Europe makes me sth between sad and angry).
I believe that it's a matter of educating individuals to change small habits and it s really hard in nowadays society. What I try to do in my daily routine is I try to buy package free food as much as possible, then I reduced drastically my clothes shopping. I can make clothes because I am a professional fashion designer beside my art, so I reinvent the piece of clothing as much as I can if I don't like it. Focus on quality rather than quantity in general, also helped me saving money actually. At the moment I have a personal struggle with my hair colour. I use only vegan formulas but truth is they are as toxic as the rest. Thinking about alternative solutions or getting ready to abandon colouring completely. But it s something I need to process.
i think we can do a lot if everyone would follow some basic principles but thats hard to get done
