- Same here, but I don't think things will change until the protocol is open for everyone to use. Lens protocol is currently a gated community, which is understandable, but it limits the potential for growth. Additionally, the user experience on these dApps needs to be improved. For example, I keep seeing the same post ten times on my feed if anyone I follow interacts with it, whether it's a like, a mirror, or any other interaction. I end up having to scroll for a minute to find new content, and the same thing happens with other popular posts. However, Lens offers better engagement and reach for many people compared to Twitter. It's always a struggle when you're an early adopter of a product. Let's see which dApp will be the first to solve the UX issue on the Lens protocol.
@yoginth.lens @lensprotocol @christina.lens
- People need to start use things like reflect.withlens.app
and probably some frontend's need to have better curation for the Explore tab with better filters.
Not to say that that when I scroll on lenster it's buggy and repeat posts
- 100% agree on this, right now seems a big portion of the feed is focused on photo-sharing as opposed to the more informative nature of twitter
