I mean is there really an argument for 0% other than it appears to be the natural instinct answer because it benefits the self the most?
Something high enough that sellers will not benefit substantially from hoarding or undercutting a creator, but below 100% in order to provide some benefit for the seller. Perhaps similar to the 'California Refund Value' (buy a beer for null.00, return the can for $0.10 refund).
