I just came across Symbiotic yesterday when Scroll announced their cooperation and I don't know much about them yet. Honestly, the SEC vs. RocketPool & Lido case scared me a bit, and I'm trying not to increase my restaked ETH exposure for a while. They should be stable since the ETH collateral is there, but who knows what could happen, especially on Scroll with limited liquidtity.
