I have figured it out. And will be making a tutorial video explaining it, which I will post on @lens/tape :) It takes 7 days to cool down so expect the video by end of month
Have you turned off profile guardian?
1. Sign in to hey.xyz 2. Head to Settings -> Danger Zone -> Disable profile guardian 3. Tap Disable now 4. Confirm transaction 5. Wait for a 7-day security cool down period until this change will take effect and your profile becomes transferable
Oh man, that's a tough spot to be in. I had a similar issue a few weeks back. Ended up reaching out to support directly. They were surprisingly quick and got it sorted. Maybe give that a shot? Also, some folks on Discord have been pretty helpful. Maybe try there?
