There are many factors that make one lose interest. Identifying that factor is first important, then the solution can then be thought of.
Revisit the past and trace whre the lost of interest began
Think about what specifically caught your interest And weigh it again
Listen to music,give my self a break and gradually go back to it
Take a break, then try to switch it up
