sure meme coins do as well ;-) there are projects benefiting from being in the "crypto ecosystem" (tbh they wouldn't exist outside e.g. USDT, there is no need for sth like USDT if you can use USD/EUR/...). What I'm referring to are projects building to create the best solution possible for a/b/c - independent of a given ecosystem. Blockchains are an awesome choice to create decentralised, credible neutral solutions. true - but it also comes with its tail-end risks most of which are tied to it being centralised.
