Another day, another breakfast. After the main meal I always have either fresh berries or a smoothie. Scientists say it’s good for your gut microbiome.

First and foremost, that breakfast looks really delicious 🤤. Moreover, i also usually add blueberries to my morning oats too 😃. Really like the taste and i have the impression that i can recover more quickly after a tough workout session. They def help to lower inflammation. Enjoy 🤗
