I got it from my psychiatrist and it's just a microdose. I'm in Las Vegas, NV. I am taking my mental health very seriously instead of buying a bag. My workflow has increased. I just touched grass, made a bunch of art, data monster, lifted some weights. Breathing heavily. I'm trying to create an app of sorts that pops up every hour and remind me to drink water and breathe deeply. It's in notion but it's not a pop up yet. Meditation is important too in my opinion.
