most of the problems are happening on Hey on web - that's where most casual users i speak to access lens. yoginth replied to our last thread asking me to repost the issues in tech support, which i haven't gotten to yet. i'll make a list of the issues and bugs and compile them in order of importance, but collects not working is probably at the top of the list.
Not sure if related to what happened to other users, but on one occasion for me on hey.xyz, while using eth mainnet the 'switch network' dialogue didn't show. So then attempting to collect, a 0 eth tx was sent to what would have been the wmatic address (but on eth mainnet, so did nothing).
