Why do we need to reduce labour? What happens when labour ends?

New problems & industries arise and create new problems. So labor is sent where it is most needed. Technology improved agriculture and then we got huge cities! Less labor was needed to feed more people and nations developed new industries for that labor in the cities. We wouldn’t have the coliseum if agriculture wasn’t okay. We wouldn’t have huge Soccer leagues if there wasn’t excess. I have no doubt, as we technology reduces labor & increases outcomes (effectively raising efficiency), we will have new problems. I’ve read enough history to know problems never go away. Who would have thought the printing press would lead to the reformation. We live in a beautiful world.
