What I have learned so far is that I need to apply for mark and logo registration at WIPO because things are not so transparent in the city I am living right now, so I must to ensure that the name and logo will be completely mine. Then I need to create an LLC with the ability to execute the desired economic activities, which will be related to cryptocurrencies. I'm making advances here, but, I wanted to hear some experiences from people whom have already created a business in Web3, like you with AAVE, people like Mad Finance and Wav3s creators. Well, I suppose I'm in the correct way, I just need to keep pushing forward.
