I think there aren't many examples where the Harberger Tax works well, but there have been several implementations already. For example, geoweb (https://geoweb.land/) is an implementation of the Harberger Tax using the Superfluid protocol. One potential application I can imagine is applying the price discovery feature and continuous revenue generation of the Harberger Tax to social media. Imagine if every post is constantly put up for auction, generating continuous revenue.
