Agree, also streching helps a lot to recover faster. Regarding Saunas they need to be warm enough, warm and dry is my favourite π

Not a big fan of dry saunas and tbh I prefer steam rooms. Good point about stretching!! Once, during a business trip to Switzerland, they asked us at the hotel if we want to use the dry or humid sauna. We laughed so hard to their confusion. We're from HK. It's humid sauna for free outside here, every day.
How warm is warm enough for you? Iβve been experimenting pushing mine up to the 80 degree mark but thatβs my limit at the moment. 30minutes of that and Iβm cooked! π₯΅
