Didn't mean for each user specifically. Right now the High-Signal notification filter is enabled by default on Lenster/Orb/Buttrfly, but people can turn it off to see again all of them. Would've just turned that around. But ofc I don't know which side-effects could come from that. I guess the filter has not only been implemented to reduce notificaion noise, but also to reduce bot interactions in general. At least I noticed that with the implementation of the filter, also the engagement rate on Posts&Comments went down significantly
