I don't get any. I just sit at the piano and do what I want
inspiration is a tricky thing. music making is a mix of technique, inspiration, experience and just putting in the work. sometimes it works perfectly, sometimes you have to push through it. i wanna say that it comes from living life, and i know that's really vague, but it's true. i find music to be an emotional language and a way to process experiences. sometimes that only happens years later, sometimes it's in real-time. some people talk to a therapist, others go to the gym, others hide it inside, i just write music.
