A Layer 2 to Polygon? Or movement to another L2 like Optimism? I personally really like GnosisChain with their low gas fees paid in a stablecoin, but it's a side chain and not an L2. Although there exists "Optimism on GnosisChain" (ChainID 300) as a L2 to the GnosisChain Mainnet
