They already exist, no? for example blockchain is a data centre or are you referring to actual hardware?

Yes like a physical data center facility that floats around the ocean running nodes and relayers for Web3 protocols. It was just a thought but I'm not sure they would be very reasonable because you might need a mini navy to supply and defend them.
