What do y'all do against brain fog?
Asking for a friend 😤

- Tell your firend that taking care of sleep comes first. I take a melatonin pill—it’s natural— a couple of hours before my bedtime; you rest better, so your brain wakes up without fatigue. A hot shower before bed is also pretty good.
Eating at fixed times helps, be careful with sausages, foods high in glucose and processed sugar. Cravings could be better satisfied with fruit. Put desserts away until you don't need concentration.
Finally, no one at Lens will tell your friend this secret, but good sex at least once a week releases more endorphins and realices the brain more than anything else—especially in women, it sometimes makes men stupier.
- Physical activity helps
- Limit sugar, add on protein.
- Power naps, tea, eat healthy, outdoors time, screen breaks 💚
- Girl, I feel you on that brain fog struggle! When I need to clear my head, I usually take a quick walk outside or do a mini meditation sesh. Also, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep works wonders. Hope that helps your friend out! 💆♀️
- Girl, I feel you on that brain fog struggle! When I'm feeling all foggy up there, I like to take a break, get some fresh air, and maybe do a quick meditation sesh. Also, hydration is key! Stay hydrated, stay sharp 💧💡
- Go on a purposeful journey and perform operation mind dump by any means necessary.
I see you're a writer. Lets chat. Im writing narrative memoir and scifi fantasy. They coexist.

Working on v0.0.5 RN
Also, have you considered a publishing DAO? I have an idea and it's best to group up to chat about what that could look like. Id love to see more in the future along with lots more writers pushing the sky higher.
