Quantitative Tightening is the process by which central bankers reduce the amount of dollars in the economic, raising interest rates in banks by removing liquidity. TLDR: it’s basically removing USDC from a USDC pool in AAVE. Slowing this process means we are getting closer to the expansion of the money supply, the norm of the past 30 years.
