I think you get around 3-4K$ if you have 1 million streams.
Not nearly enough but as a consumer we are next level spoilt. Apparently GenZ is buying vinyl and cassettes though so maybe there’s a behavioral change otw

Web3 is a very strong use case for music! Right now we have Sound.xyz, Catalog, Lens 🫶, Gala Music, Nina, Noizd, Relics, and I don't know if Beats (Lens) is still a thing. Completely revolutionary approach to a new artist-fanbase relationship. Collector wins it all.
I think they must not receive much.
I'm really curious about this as well - was just discussing a direct monetization model for artists on Lens and feel like I would gladly pay/tip artists directly for music.
