- yes, you can move freely, conjure, destroy / do anything once you relalize dream is a dream in dream. It's called lucid dreaming, I used to do it a lot few years ago... The trick that worked for me back then was to keep reminding myself when i am about to sleep (not just eyes closed but actuall brain off sleep) that the next time I open my eyes its not reality and dream.
