I don’t know… but speaking for myself, I've been a bit lazy when it comes to commenting lately... As for content delivery (I use Hey 99% of the time, but I've noticed this on Orb too), when I scroll through my timeline, it starts repeating at some point, and a lot of content from people I follow never shows up. I have to go to their profiles to catch up on their posts... I receive the same post in various quotes multiple times... My impression is that the highlighted content has a "short lifespan," while posts from people I follow that are a bit older simply don't appear, turning the timeline into an infinite loop of the same content...
