there are some software or some applications, that can easily track the quality of a content. Many platforms already have that feature, i could still remember early steemit days when they used the aid of cheetah and steamcleaners bot to auto detect any plagiarized content but I don't think that's unnecessary in today's case considering the new huge influx of users in Web3 social networking currently. I believe the way we can define quality content is to evaluate content “quality” based on traits like: Length Visual appeal Spelling and grammar Formatting Readability Expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness Overall “value”
