It's possible in Orb clubs. You can make a token gated club and have only members see posts. But otherwise idk.
You should check @lens/madfinance . Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but there are many options there.
You could just create a your fans club on orb
@lens/galverse is using Orb Clubs for this purpose at the moment → @club/galverse
@lens/yoginth still possible on @lens/hey?
