I resonate a lot, been off everything for 8+ months to clear out of the foggyness. We are constantly bombarded by the perception of so many people, and no matter how strong or conscious we are it can get to us in subconscious ways.
And also we change constantly as we grow, so it’s important to both align back to the truest part of ourselves that always existed, but also explore who we are becoming, and she’d the layers that no longer are good for us.
You aren’t alone too, thanks for creating the space to be transparent and help each other with our experience. Keep killing it you resilient babe 💜💜💜💜💜💜
